LL’11 agosto scorso il gruppo di animazione del PIME di Ducenta, guidato da p. Dulal, ha portato lo spettacolo conclusivo del proprio campo di animazione a Gaeta.
Dal 1 al 13 agosto il PIME di Ducenta ha ospitato il campo di animazione ed evangelizzazione di strada, rivolto a giovani dai 18 ai 24 anni provenienti da tutta Italia, che si sono riuniti in momenti di preghiera, gioco, laboratori, amicizia e condivisione.
Il momento finale dello spettacolo in strada è molto importante per raggiungere un pubblico più ampio con i temi cari al PIME: la fede, la missione e la solidarietà. Lo spettacolo, tenutosi sul lungomare di Gaeta, è stato possibile dopo che il terremoto della notte tra il 31 luglio e il 1 agosto ha reso inagibile la sede originariamente scelta — il lungomare di Pozzuoli. Il Comune di Gaeta ha accolto il progetto concedendo il proprio patrocinio.
Il PIME è grato al sindaco Cristian Leccese e a Mons. Luigi Vari per aver concesso questo spazio ai giovani.
On August 11, the PIME Ducenta animation group, led by Fr. Dulal, brought the closing show of their animation camp to Gaeta.
From August 1 to 13, the PIME center in Ducenta hosted a street animation and evangelization camp for young people aged 18 to 24 from all over Italy, bringing them together for moments of prayer, games, workshops, friendship and sharing.
The final street performance is an important moment for reaching a wider audience with the themes close to PIME‘s heart: faith, mission and solidarity. The show, held on Gaeta’s seafront, became possible after the earthquake during the night between July 31 and August 1 made the original venue — the Pozzuoli seafront — unusable. The Municipality of Gaeta welcomed the project and granted its patronage.
